Marnie is an occupational therapist, universal design and accessible housing technical expert. With more than 20 years owning an occupational therapy clinic, Marnie is also educator with passion for collaboratively working with stakeholders to advance accessible housing and health outcomes with and for older adults and people with disabilities.

Scott is helping Incluzia reach new heights through the lens of having owned and sold a successful digital software solution in the health tech industry. His keen business development skills and practical approach to operational efficiencies are optimizing the potential of Incluzia’s tech and education solutions.

Angela is an experienced Occupational Therapist creating evidence-based content for our digital assessment tools that aim to evaluate the impact of disability and aging. She is project managing our joint research project with the University of Manitoba which informs the development of our tech and education products for professionals.

John Heppenstall or ”Hep” as he is known to friends and clients is an accomplished business and marketing professional specializing in strategy and execution in the business to business channel. His career spans 4 decades where he has grown and sold 4 businesses known as market innovators. Hep is helping get our tech and education into the hands of those who need them most.
Our Business Advisory Board has representation from healthcare, home construction, tech development, and other stakeholders across Canada. Our Board informs our business planning and marketing efforts to ensure the optimization of Incluzia’s success.
Incluzia partners with Canadian software and technology developers who understand the importance of creating products that are accessible for the user and work collaboratively with our content creators to help advance accessible housing in Canada. We are currently partnering with Modern Earth, a Winnipeg-based web design and digital marketing company, for Incluzia’s MyHomeFX Pro product development.
We partner with the University of Manitoba, led by Jacquie Ripat of the Department of Occupational Therapy in the research and testing of MyHomeFX Pro digital health assessment and home evaluation tool designed for Occupational Therapists. With a national survey conducted in 2024 to occupational therapists in various clinical settings across Canada, the study informed both the need and priorities for our solutions. We are currently partnering on a usability and acceptance study of MyHomeFX Pro, using both simulated and real clinical settings. We are looking forward to sharing results of this research in Spring 2025!
We have partnered with Centre for Technology Adoption for Aging in the North, built on a collaboration with University of Northern BC, Northern Health and AGE-WELL, we are ensuring our technology is usable and accessible to older adults, caregivers, healthcare providers and care systems that support them.
